@6bytes - there are two possible questions here, the one I interpreted you asking is how do you export a sequence you have in Premiere for Youtube. You do that through using Adobe Media Encoder and the Youtube preset (you choose external rendering in Premiere and it will automatically add it to Adobe Media Encoder for you or you can add the project to a Media Encoder queue from Media Encoder itself as well.) Media encoder can actually be used as an external batch render engine for most of the Adobe software.
